Too busy to cook? Want to give your family a home cooked meal that they will love?

Rocio can bring the Mexican, home made flavor to your home to make your meal time enjoyable with your family.

Options available:

4 entrees (for 4 people) with one side dish per entree: $352 ($88 per meal, $22 per person)
4 entrees only (for four people), no side dishes: $272 ($68 per meal , $17 per person)
5 entrees, (for 4 people) plus two side dishes for the first evening meal: $340

It does not include the price of freezer containers, you could have them ready for me or I can buy them and give you the receipt.

Desserts are available and are priced separately.

When I first took one of Rocio's class, it was my intention to learn some authentic Mexican to please my husbands palette. Not only did I learn to make amazingly delicious salsa, guacamole and enchilada recipes for my husband, but these recipes are very family friendly. I have three children of varying ages - 15,13 & 7, and they loved making these with me in the kitchen. Now have a new tradition of family Mexican night - all hands on deck in the kitchen!! We even spice it up with a little "salsa" music in the background!!

Queso fresco is a mild, snacking cheese, that when dipped in salsa, makes a great no carb appetizer.
Mild taste topped with the tart flavor of guac, perfect combo.
